Finalist Books 2025

The Australian Career Book Award – Finalist Books 2025

The Australian Career Book Award – hosted by the Royal Society of Arts Oceania

The Australian Career Book Award: hosted by the Royal Society of Arts Oceania
announces the finalist books for 2025. The list crosses the wide career space tilled by
The Core Skills for Work Developmental Framework public/private partnership of the
Australian Government and the Business Council of Australia and its enduring legacy.

RSA Oceania congratulates the authors for their creativity and vision, and All Publishers
Great and Small for their commitment in supporting career development in Australia.

Andrea Clarke, Adapt: Mastering change in four steps, Simon & Schuster, 2025
Claire Seeber, Less hustle, More happy, Major Street, 2025
Richard Triggs, Winning the war for talent, Publish Central, 2025
Richard Triggs, Uncover the hidden job market. Publish Central, 2023

These four books cover a lot of territory: mastering the ever-present change in work and
society; understanding and assertion to control personal responses to ongoing
workplace change; exploring the perspective from the other side of the desk; and a
strategic approach for those wanting to be on the other side of that desk.

The Award Committee will complete the ‘holiday reading’ for the online announcement
by the Award Convenor on January 3, 2026.
