This workshop shows career development practitioners how to implement the Australian ‘Core Skills for Work’ in their career services using The Australian Career Coach Toolkit. The Toolkit comprises:

  • The Australian Career Mentor: career guidance for experienced professionals and new graduates
  • The Australian Career Passport: cross the career border with your core skills for work
  • The Australian Career Coach Toolkit 30 page workbook with easy to copy core skills audits for immediate use with clients and students
  • Post-workshop Help Desk Support for 90 days

Over three hours you will learn how to use two core skills audits – the Australian Core Skills Audit and The Australian Career Passport in the career development program provided in the workshop, or in your existing programs. You can use these take-away books and resources for an existing career direction or career implementation program, or base new programs on them. The resources will suit clients 17 – 70, and the workshop integrates them into your programs for individual clients and groups.
